I have been doing this for some time: 20+ years working in different verticals, organisation sizes and cultures gave me a good understanding of what works and what does not. So back in 2010 I started to provide independent consulting services, through others initially, then under my name.

And since my clients seem to like my work, I figured I would continue. I saw a lot since then, got bruises, learned tons, and continue to love the journey.
